You not getting what you're paying for. AVOID!
Dr. Martens is constantly failing fulfilling orders; I've currently ordered the very same boots twice: The first time in early May - after a few weeks of waiting and no response from Dr. Martens, I contacted customer service only to find out they've canceled the order.
Soon after this, I noticed they're still selling the very same boots online, so I re-ordered them, this time with additional pair of Chelsea boots.
Once again, even with paid additional change for the express shipment, the delivery took almost one month - and when it finally arrived, the freight only contained the Chelsea boots; the other pair is, according to o their website, still "processing order," now after two months.
Therefore I think it is justifiable to say, Dr. Martens is nowadays just a hoax. They are not even willing to ship most of the products they claim to sell.
Just hear my word: Do NOT buy anything from them. You just lose your money without getting anything back.

We recently purchased a pair of Dr Marten boots which have been used for casual/social occasions only. However the tag on the back of one boot has come off and Dr Marten customer services Maintain it is down to wear and tear. These boots are designed to be working mens boots however these haven’t coped with light usage. Very disappointing. According to Dr Marten the tag is not to be used to pull the boot on.

Expensive and bad quality
I bought Vegan boss sandals in march 2022 from CHO company, the sandals were broken by May 2022. I then got a refund and bought the same sandals directly from Dr martens on 21 June 2022, I’ve worn them 4 times and now they are broken. They have raised their prices and the quality has seriously gone downhill. When I asked a customer service agent if they had been using cheaper supplies she refused to answer. DO NOT BUY HERE, THEY LAST MONTHS NOT YEARS AND ARE OVERPRICED. I will never buy from dr martens again.

Terrible quality and policy
Wore Sandals maybe 20 times, £120 still in visibly good condition but strap completely ripped making unwearable, no repair / refund / exchange available.
Would not expect such poor quality for such high price.
Very uncomfortable
I bought a pair of sandals last year. I thought they will wear out a bit, but no. Very uncomfortable, cause bruises every time I wear them, tight and "cutting' my legs like a knife.

Scam - product never received, order "can't be cancelled"
I placed an order from stock, 2-5 days delivery, 2 weeks ago.
The order was never delivered, the tracking information is wrong, no one responds to email messages and the chat operator informed me they "can't cancel the order" even if it wasn't delivered and no one knows if it ever will, or when?!?!
They went on saying that a cancellation is not possible, but the product was actually not in stock - despite being shown on stock on their site - and SOMETIMES there can be international deliveries - no timeframe! - despite this contradicting the information published on their website when the order was placed.
I tried to cancel the order to no avail. Tried to find its whereabouts to no avail. Pay over 500 dollars, and this is the service - and the lack of product - you receive! Absolutely appalling. I'm considering reporting it a scam and follow the legal procedures to get my money back. Steer clear from them - worse than any other shop I've ordered from before!

Not good enough
10 days later, my next day delivery still hasn’t arrived. What a good company would do is apologise and immediately send a replacement by currier and ask me to refuse the original delivery if and when it arrives so it is returned to them. Instead they make me suffer the poor performance of their chosen delivery company. I’m £150 light and have nothing to show for it after 10 days.

Customer service at Dr Martens is above and beyond. Helped with my query quickly and tried everything to sort it out. Unfortunately the sandals were out of stock. I will be using Dr Martens again as iv have done in the past.

Absolutely appalling customer service
Absolutely appalling customer service. I received a pair of faulty sandals, I contacted customer services straight away via the mail option. Waited for nearly a week and had no response. I called the customer service team and I was met with one of the rudest people I have ever had to speak to in customer service. They were supposed to have let me know to send in photos of the damaged item but didn’t bother to contact me and then when I said to her that I had images of the damaged part and not of all of the other photos that they were requesting as I am currently away. She went on to say in such a rude manner that there’s nothing she can do as the product wouldn’t be accepted if I returned them then rudely said she will be ending the call now and put the phone down. I was utterly shocked by this complete lack of customer service. I have been buying with dr martens for years but this experience with the faulty product and lack of customer service has put me off of this brand.
